When Cleanliness Is Next To Personal Honesty

Excuses are like arse holes-we would be lacking without them.

The best we can hope for is that they are clean and fine,
and clear of the smell of self pity; an odour that others 
will recognise and distance themselves from before
the carrier realises why they are kept at the distance they are.
