Cheap Grace In Language (2)
How easily people use sarcasm
to disguise what is in their minds
when they want to avoid sharing,
for fear of being out-rightly rude,
or sweary, to others. Even though
the cause of the suppressed
comment may well deserve it.
It is important to be able to distinguish between irony and sarcasm.
